Brady Boman - General Partner

Brady founded DBS in early 2007. His role is to identify and acquire new loan business that meets the ideal criteria proscribed by DBS. Mr. Boman’s vision for the fund was realized after nearly a decade of mortgage and other real estate experience. During his career as a loan officer and real estate agent, Mr. Boman began to see a unique lending market emerging in the wester states where strong borrowers were experiencing difficulty procuring secured real estate loans for legitimate projects. During his career, Mr. Boman has originated and closed $100M in residential and commercial loans; personally bought and sold over $20M in real estate; and closed over $20M as an agent. Mr. Boman has been married to Katie for 12 years and has 4 children.

Ryan K. Bacher – General Partner

Ryan Bacher brings over ten years of financial expertise to DBS. He oversees all financial decisions including underwriting, accounting, forecasting, investing, and capital administration for the fund. Mr. Bacher served as President and CEO of Accurate Hearing Clinics & Audiology, the largest independent hearing care provider in the west. During his tenure with Accurate, he grew the business from 1 to 13 locations in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Montana. Prior to this time, Mr. Bacher served as Regional Sales Manager for Sonic Innovations, a publicly traded hearing aid manufacturer. With regard to real estate, Mr. Bacher has personally handled over $50M in commercial/residential real estate transactions and personal loans. Mr. Bacher attended Utah State University and has a double Bachelors in Business Management and Marketing. Mr. Bacher has been married to Jennifer for 15 years and has 4 children.
