DBS Liquidiation Process
After the successful purchase of a loan portfolio or single asset, DBS will take ownership of the notes by assignment from the FDIC or bank.
The Fund is an investment vehicle that will bid and acquire assets from the FDIC, financial institutions and other sellers. After the successful purchase of a loan portfolio or single asset, DBS will take ownership of the notes by assignment from the FDIC or bank. Once the assets are secured, DBS reviews each asset and develops one of the following exit strategies to liquidate while maximizing value and return.
